Questions, answered
Is there a real flame?
No. The "flame" is light shining through cool mist. There's no fire and no heat.
Do I need essential oils?
No. It runs on water alone. Add a few drops of oil if you want scent. Only use oils made for diffusers.
Is it OK around pets?
Some essential oils aren't safe for pets. Check with your vet before you diffuse oils around cats, dogs, or birds, or run it with water only.
When will it arrive, and can I return it?
